Conditions for registration for treatment

To register and correctly prescribe medical and health procedures, you must provide a passport and extract from medical documents not more than a month old, as well as the results of tests and examinations:

• results of a general blood test;
• results of a general urine test;
• ECG;
• fluorography;
• gynecologist's report (for women).

Results of blood and urine tests, ECG no more than a month old, fluorography and a gynecologist’s report no more than 1 year old.

All necessary examinations can be completed at the Center for a fee.
