The duty nurse station operates 24 hours a day.

A general practitioner conducts the initial medical examination of guests and prescribes treatment from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. For arrivals on weekends, the prescription of therapeutic procedures is provided by the doctor on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. On Sundays, initial medical examinations and treatment prescriptions are not provided.

A visit to the doctor before registration is possible if guests arrive before the official check-in time. If guests arrive after the doctor's reception hours have ended, the medical examination and treatment prescription will be postponed until the next working day.
