Общее впечатление осталось положительное.
Качество питание желает оставлять лучшего. Кормят нормально, но выбор не богат.
Номер угловой, на первом этаже второго корпуса в который была заселена по приезду -обычный, все необходимое было ( фен, столовые приборы, полотенце, телевизор), но есть нюанс там было холодно. Обратившись в отдел продаж, девушки предложили мне другой номер на втором этаже. Он оказался гораздо приятнее предыдущего ( теплый, комфортный, уютный).
Персонал доброжелательный. Медицинские работники - вежливые, отзывчивые, всегда интересуются вашим самочувствием во время процедур. Хочется отметить женщину( к сожалению не знаю ее имени и отчества), отвечающую за культурно-развлекательный досуг. Душевный, добрый, отзывчивый человек, которая каждое утро радовала всех своим позитивом, вниманием к отдыхающим, поднимающей настроение с самого утра во время завтрака.
Природа красивая, рядом озеро Нарочь.

Отдых понравился, очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал, невероятно красивая природа. Необходимо лучше организовать развлекательные мероприятия.

Хорошо, остались приятные впечатления. На дискотеке необходимо чередовать быстрые с медленными композициями 4/1. Включать действительно медленные, а не что-то среднее. Девушки не соглашаются танцевать медляк под неопределенные композиции. В сауне сломалось ведро для обливания. Вместо того чтобы его отремонтировать его просто демонтировали. Нужно восстановить работоспособность ведра для обливания.

Отличное место для отдыха, аромат сосен, озеро Нарочь красотень, грибы, пешие прогулки. Нагулялась, надышалась, оздоровилась. Спасибо

Отдых понравился хорошие экскурсии отличные живописные места не хорошее медицинское обслуживание но в плане досуга (развлечений нужно поработать)

В общем понравилось. Шикарное озеро - большое и очень чистое. Очень хорошая глубина (и для взрослых, и для детей). Очень хорошая вечерняя программа (концерты, КВН, песни под гармонь, фильмы для детей и дискотека) прекрасный бар (мороженое,вода и т.д.) Не хватает только магазина.
