Rules of filling in the application form for booking in health resorts of Belarus on the Internet portal Sanatorii.by

Book tours to health resorts in Belarus with or without treatment consists of five main sections:

1. Date of arrival - specify a date range, which is desirable for you to check in health resort, and the number of days of the permit. Generally, number of days for a sanatorium tour is 12-21 days, and for health stay - 5-11 days.
2. Room Preference - You need to choose the number and category of rooms, that you want to book. The drop-down list displays all categories of rooms are available for booking any period. 3. Total guests - select from a list of the number of adults and children, fill in full name and the year of birth of each guest.
4. Contact Information:
   • select from the list of the country and city where you live. If your country or city is not on the list, select the country name - Other - you will have an additional field where you need to enter the name of the country, Add city - specify the name of your settlement . If this is the countryside - do not forget to specify the area and the region. If you live in one country and a citizen of another (eg a citizen of Belarus, who lives in Russia), be sure specify it in Additional Information section, because in majority of health resorts prices for vouchers depend on nationality of holidaymaker;
   • enter phone numbers (home and cell) with international code, sharing code and number of gaps, for example, Belarus +37529 XXX-YY-ZZ, Russia +7920 XXX-YY-ZZ;
   • carefully fill in address e-mail (e-mail). Before you submit an application, check to see if your mail box works;
   • choose an additional method of contact regarding tour bookin to health resort of Belarus: Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp, Skype, be sure to include the phone number or login;
   • You can include SMS-informing on your mobile phone number about registration documents for payment, crediting of funds for tickets and availability of tickets.
5. Optional - You can ask questions, make additional comments about the organization of leisure with the relevant information for specialist of Health resort Department. You can also enter here promotional code.
