After submitting the application you have to make a few steps:

• to fill in requirements data for reservation,
• to pay the bill and sign the contract (form contract of rendering tourist services),
• to get a voucher.

How to pay for a tour

• Our company sells tours to health resorts in Belarus with treatment at prices set by the health resorts, operates on the basis of pre-payment of 100% of a booked tour. See more about payment>>.
• The tour payment is made according expelled account in Belarusian rubles, Russian rubles, US dollars or Euro by bank, for the individuals of the Republic of Belarus through the settlement systems (SSIS) (without commission) by bank transfer, in the offices of local banks of your residence or in the office of our company in Minsk in Belarusian rubles in cash or by credit card (without commission).
• The booking services are at extra charge. The price on booking services for one reservation is: - for residents of the Republic of Belarus 29.90 BYN, for the citizens of the Russian Federation 1'950 RUB, for foreign citizens 36 USD or 30.00 EUR.

Discounts

If you book tours with help of our Internet portal Sanatorii.by there are discounts on a booking service for certain categories of citizens:

• Discount of 50% for the citizens of the Republic of Belarus and foreign citizens, who purchase a tour for a third and subsequent times through the internet portal Sanatorii.by.
• Discount of 100% for the veterans of the Great Patriotic War, with the mandatory provision of photocopies of supporting documents (certificates for the veterans of the USSR Government to January 1, 1992 or the Government of the Republic of Belarus).

Applying for a visa

For foreign citizens, who need to obtain Belarusian visa, we sent the request to the embassy of Belarus for free. Payment for visas is carried out directly in the consular offices of the Republic of Belarus. Applying for a visa is issued on the date of the tour in the health resort, plus an extra day at the beginning and the end of the holiday.

Getting a tour

After the transfer of money and the signing of the contract through the Internet (fax) for you will be sent a voucher. This voucher together with the passport you have to present at reception in a recreation place. You can also get this documents in our office. After arrival at the health resorts you have to pay an additional tourist tax, which is established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

Refund

If the Customer rejects the paid tourist vouchers the Customer gets the paid money back except cost of provided booking services and the cost of actual expenses of the Executor (bank commission payment, penalties under the existing agreements of the PRPUE «Automated tourism technologies» with the Health Resorts).

If the Customer has been given a discount on the booking service at the conclusion of the Tourist services agreemen with PRPUE "Automated tourism technologies", in the actual expenses of the Executor included the cost of the booking services according to the price list of the Contractor.

It's important

• If your application is closed, you will be able to restore it within 7 days. Otherwise, you need to send a new one to book a tour on general terms.
• Applications, which don't meet our requirements and violate the rules of reservation, can't be considered.
