  1. Payers of resort gathering are the physical persons who are in the health resorts and improving organizations.
  2. Object of the taxation is the finding of the physical person in health resorts and improving organizations located in territory of Gorodok district.
  3. The tax rate is established in size 3 % from tax base.
  4. The tax base is defined proceeding from permit cost in health resorts and improving establishments of Gorodok district.
  5. Resort gathering isn't raised from people, who directed for free improvement and health resort treatment according to law acts of the Republic of Belarus.
