  2. Cicatrical stricture of esophagus and intestine with patency abnormality, common bile duct stricture andgallbladder duct
  3. Gastric and duodenum ulcer in the exacerbation stage, peptic ulcer with pyloric stenosis, rebleeding during last 8-10 months orpenetration of gastric ulcer; with suspicion on ulcer malignization, Zolinger-Allison disease.
  4. Gastritis of different types: rigid, antral; stomach polyp, Ménétrièr's disease (giant hypertrophic gastritis)
  5. Postoperative stomach complications (persisting postoperative cicatrix, fistulas, afferent loop syndrome,hypoglycemic syndrome and jejunal syndrome in severe stage, gastric stump atony, jejunum peptic ulcer in the exacerbation stage with the possibility of bleeding and penetration in other organs, exacerbation of chronic postoperative gastritis,pancreatitis, cholecystitis, hepatitis, severe stage of postvagotomic diarrhea).
  6. Enterocolitis with evident malnutrition (emaciation).

  2. Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (evident clinical signs)
  3. Syringobulbia, syringomyelia, parkinsonism and other degenerative diseases, disseminated sclerosis and other demyelinating diseases of nervous system in progression with movement and pelvic disturbance and dementia.
  4. The consequences of traumas and brain diseases: full break of spinal marrow, traumatic cachexia,acute or chronic ischuria.
  5. The consequences of traumas and brain diseases with significant disturbance of movement function,spastic syndrom, dementia, without self-service, with the lack of movement and speech disturbance.

    6. Convulsive attacks and their equivalents, psychoneurosises, intellectual backwardness, the heavy physical defects demanding special leaving and treatment.
    7. Enuresis.
    8. Diabetes in the heavy form and another heavy endocrine pathology.

    The patients with following diseases are not accepted for treatment in health resorts:

    1. All the diseases in acute stage, chronic diseases in exacerbation stage
    2. Acute infectious diseases before the end of isolation period
    3. All the venereal diseases in acute or contagious forms
    4. Chronic or prolonged mental disorder with severe, persistent or frequently aggravated morbid manifestations
    5. Epilepsy and episyndrome with different forms of attacks (not more than twice a year)
    6. All the diseases with the syndrome of dependence on alcohol, drugs and psychoactive substance,and with abstinent states and combinations of abstinent states and psychotic disorder
    7. All the blood diseases in acute stage and exacerbation stage
    8. Cachexia of any origin
    9. Malignant neoplasms*
      * Patients after radical cure of malignant neoplasms (surgical, radiological, chemotherapeutical,complex) can be directed to the local health resorts with satisfactory general state only
    10. All the diseases and conditions with inpatient care including surgical intervention;all the diseases with limited self-movement and self-service of the patients, with permanent care*
      * Except those people who need specialized treatment in health resorts for spinal patients
    11. Echinococcus of any localization
    12. Frequent or voluminous bleeding
    13. Pregnancy in all periods for balneotherapeutic and mud cure resort, for climatic resort --beginning from 26th week
    14. All the forms of tuberculosis in active stage - for nontuberculous health resorts

    Note:

    1. Patients after radical cure of malignant neoplasms but in persistent remission can be directedto the local health resorts for supportive treatment.
    2. Patients with enuresis are accepted to any health resort
    3. After diphtheria and scarlatina children can be directed to health resorts not earlier than 4-5 months after the discharge from the hospital with no complications
