The duty nurse station operates 24 hours a day.
A general practitioner conducts the initial medical examination of guests and prescribes treatment from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. On weekends and public holidays, initial medical examinations and treatment prescriptions are not provided.
Medical examinations are conducted only after registration. If guests arrive after the doctor's reception hours have ended, the medical examination and treatment prescription will be postponed until the next working day.
