Health path therapy (fr. terrain , it. kur ) is a method of medical and spa treatment. It is based on the dosed physical activity such as hiking, walking through mountainous terrain. A patient should read the special marks and follow the rute. Health path therapy develops endurance, improves the functioning of cardiovascular and respiratory systems, stimulates metabolism and neural activity. Health path therapy is usually carried out under the medical supervision.
