ON ESTABLISHING A VISA-FREE PROCEDURE FOR ENTRY AND EXIT OF FOREIGN CITIZENS

In accordance with part four of Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 4, 2010 «On the legal status of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Republic of Belarus»:
1. Establish a visa-free procedure for entry into the Republic of Belarus, exit from the Republic of Belarus at the checkpoint across the State border of the Republic of Belarus Minsk National Airport, Brest Airport, Vitebsk Airport, Gomel Airport, Grodno Airport, Mogilev Airport and temporary stay on the territory of the Republic of Belarus for a period of not more than thirty days from the date of entry for citizens of states with valid documents for traveling abroad (appendix).
2. The provisions of this Decree do not apply to holders of diplomatic, official, special and equivalent passports.
3. Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated July 21, 2015 ¹338 «On the establishment of a visa-free procedure for entry and exit of individual citizens» (National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus, July 24, 2015, 1/15951) is declared invalid.
4. This Decree comes into force one month after its official publication.
