Air baths

Air bath is a type of aerotherapy (air therapy) based on the dosed influence of air on a naked patient's body that is protected from direct solar radiation. Fresh air contains oxygen, light ions, phytoncides and other necessary for a human organism substances. Also one of the main factors of air baths that influences the patient's health condition is the air temperature. The air layer between the body and the clothing usually has the constant temperature (about +27...+28°C) and as soon as the human body is released from clothing, heat exchange immediately becomes more intense and the skin begins to breathe fully.
