1. Rheumatic endomyocarditis in the active phase.
2. Abramov-Fiedler myocardities and similiar to them by severity.
3. Cardiac ischemia:
   - acute myocardial infarction;
   - unstable angina;
   - the strokes of angina pectoris on usual physical activity (III functional class) with insufficiency of blood circulation higher than 2 stage with heart rate disturbance;
   - exertional and rest angina pectoris (IV functional class) with phenomena of sinister ventricular insufficiency.
4. Blood circulation insufficiency higher than 2 A stage.
5. Constant form of ciliary arrhythmia with blood circulation insufficiency of 2 A stage and higher, paroxysmal tachycardia.
6. Life threatening heart rate disturbance in the form of polytopical, frequent (10-15 in 1 minute and higher), group and early extrasystole (3-5 gradation by Laun), frequent atrial fibrillation and flutter, complete atrioventricular heart block of II-III stages with syncopal state, weakness of sinus node with infrequent bradyarrhythmia and tachyarrythmia.
7. Arterial hypertension of III B stage with recently old myocardial infarction or stroke, having blood circulation insufficiency higher than 2 A stage, in the presence of life threatening heart rate and conduction disturbance, the kidneys dysfunction of nitrogen discharge, frequent hypertensic crisis.
8. Atherosclerotic encephalopathy with psychic adaptation disturbance.
9. Atherosclerosis of lower extremities vessels with decompensation of peripheral circulation, with ulcer and gangrene.
10. Thromboangiitis obliterans with possibility of generalization, with concomitant migrating thrombophlebitis, with ulceration, gangrene.
11. Recurrent thromboembolism.
12. Thrombophlebitis during one-two years after ceptic process elimination.
